ONE KINGDOM INDIVISIBLE
A PCC CALL TO PRAYER FOR ELECTION WEEK
As the November election approaches this week and uncertainties continue to rise, PCC is embracing another chance to contend in prayer together.
Regardless of political outcomes, it is critical that our divided disoriented world sees a united Church, wholly dependent on God.
Written two thousand years ago, the message of Philippians 1:27 is incredibly relevant for the cultural moment we are living in together. This letter—authored by the Apostle Paul while in forced isolation—has served to call every generation of Jesus followers to:
- live in other-centered humility
- trust in God’s sovereignty in all circumstances
- contend together as one, for the sake of the Gospel
PCC, join with us for an hour of intercessory prayer.
WHEN: Sunday, November 1
TIME: 4-5 PM
WHERE: Zoom Online
Together, we will bridge dividing lines, as “citizens of heaven” who are declaring our dependence on Christ our King.
