WEEKLY CAMP SESSIONS

June 15 – July 31
7 weeks of camp

Monday – Friday: 9am – 5pm*
*Extended Day available 5:00-5:30pm, $50/child per week

This summer, get ready for a seven-week adventure where kids (entering 1st - 5th grades) explore big life themes of kindness, courage, perseverance, respect, responsibility, and teamwork through Bible-based stories, games, crafts, and sports. Our counselors are from PCC's School Age Child Care (SACC) and PE+ programs.

WEEKLY COST

Weeks 1 – 6
PCC Summer Camp full-day
  • $510 per week for students currently enrolled in School Age Child Care or members of Peninsula Community Center. 
  • $550 per week for non-members. 
  • $50 per week for extended care 5pm – 5:30pm.
Week 7
Vacation Bible School (VBS) 9am – 12pm, Summer Camp continues 12pm – 5pm
  • $325 for the week for students currently enrolled in School Age Child Care or members of Peninsula Community Center
  • $375 for the week for non-members
  • $50 VBS ONLY 9am-12pm, not full day

WHERE

Pick up and drop off will be at 3560 Farm Hill Blvd, but activities will be held all over our 14 acre campus, to include Peninsula Community Center.

FAQ

At PCC Summer Camp, we understand that unexpected delays can happen. However, to ensure the safety and well-being of our campers and staff, we have established the following Late Pick-Up Policy for any child picked up after 5:30pm.

Late Fees:
Late fees will be additionally billed to you: a $10 flat fee plus a dollar for every minute you are late.

Procedure for Late Pick-Up:

  • Contacting Guardians: If a child is not picked up by 5:35pm, we will attempt to contact the parent/guardian and emergency contacts listed on the camper’s registration form.
  • Supervision: Campers will remain supervised by staff in a designated waiting area, we will never leave your child unattended to ensure safety until an authorized guardian arrives.
  • If you anticipate being late, please call the SACC office at 650-365-1946 as soon as possible.
  • Parents/guardians must sign a late pick-up acknowledgment form when arriving after 5:30pm.

We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a smooth and safe experience for all campers!

To protect the health and well-being of all children and staff, we follow California Community Care Licensing regulations and best practices regarding illness.

Children must be kept home and may not attend Camp if they have any of the following:

  • Fever (100.4°F ) within the past 24 hours
  • Hand, Foot, and Mouth Disease
  • Vomiting or diarrhea within the past 24 hours
  • Persistent cough, difficulty breathing, or symptoms requiring close medical monitoring
  • Lack of appetite, lethargy, or discomfort that prevents full participation in the program
  • Any contagious illness as identified by a physician or public health guidance

Children must be symptom-free for at least 24 hours without medication before returning to Camp, in accordance with licensing regulations.

Notification Expectations
Families are required to:

  • Inform us (setarehp@wearepcc.com)  as soon as possible if a child is sick or will be absent due to illness.
  • Notify us if a child is diagnosed with a communicable illness, so we can take appropriate health precautions while maintaining confidentiality

Ongoing or Evolving Illness
If symptoms continue or change:

  • Families may be asked to keep us updated on the child’s condition
  • We  may request additional time at home or a doctor’s note before return, depending on the illness.

Illness During Program Hours
If a child becomes ill while attending Summer Camp parents/guardians will be contacted and are expected to pick up promptly.

Extended Day is available from 5:00-5:30pm for the additional cost of $50/week for each child.

  • Email requests for cancellation must be submitted to Setareh Pooyan (SACC Director) at setarehp@wearepcc.com at least 14 days before the first day of the registered week for a full refund, minus a $25 registration fee. 
  • If a cancellation request is received fewer than 14 days before the start of the registered week, a 50% cancellation fee will be applied to the refund.
  • Once the session has begun, no refunds, credits, or prorated payments will be issued for missed classes, withdrawals, changes in schedule, absences, or dismissals. This applies regardless of the reason for the missed week.
  • Partial attendance, late arrivals, or schedule changes do not qualify for refunds, credits, or make-up lessons.
  • If a family withdraws or changes enrollment after the Camp week has started (for any reason), they forfeit any remaining days and there will be no refund or credit.
