Meet Family Ministry Pastor

Jacqueline Q. Ronan

Pastor Jacqueline Q. Ronan (Jacquie) serves as the Family Ministry Pastor. She brings a deep commitment to faith, family, and community. Her goal is to shape the Family Ministry team so that it equips parents, engages children, and builds Christ-centered foundations for future generations. Prior to this role, Jacquie was the Children’s Ministry Director at Menlo Church, and earlier as

Senior Director of Children & Parenting at Island Evangelical Community Church (Island ECC) in Hong Kong.

Beyond ministry, Jacquie has held leadership roles in media and communications, including as General Manager of Guam Educational Television Corporation (KGTF-TV12) and Mediavision, where she directed marketing campaigns, produced television content, and executed high-profile events.

Jacquie is a licensed pastor with the Evangelical Covenant Church and working on her ordination which is expected in June 2026.

Meet PCC Kids Ministry Director

Macy Tan

Born and raised in the Philippines, Macy Tan moved to the US in 1999, where she embarked on a diverse professional journey. With a background in administration, Macy found her niche at Stanford University, where she served as an Associate Contract and Grant Officer in the School of Medicine before transitioning to e-commerce.

Now serving as PCC’s Kids Ministry Director, Macy combines her professional expertise with her deep passion for children and faith. Her journey is a testament to the transformative power of faith and community, inspiring others to discover their own paths of spiritual growth and renewal.

Meet Kids Ministry Coordinator

Caroline Carmichael

Caroline Carmichael recently moved from Birmingham, Alabama to the Bay Area where she joined our PCC staff as the part-time Kids Ministry Coordinator.

For more than a decade, Caroline has served kids in ministry and pursued the Lord’s passion to see hearts changed through encountering His own heart. She has a professional background in print journalism and pastoral ministry, having earned her Master of Divinity in 2021 and afterward served as the Director of Youth and Christian Education at an Alabama church until following the Lord’s call to California.
