Dan Perkins serves as our Executive Pastor, bringing 35 years of ministry experience to his role. His pastoral journey includes five years as Lead Pastor at a church in San Jose, and eleven years as Executive Pastor at WestGate Church. Prior to his time in the Bay Area, Dan served as a Worship Pastor and in Southern California and helped guide his team in developing Planning Center Online.
What drew Dan north to Silicon Valley was the unique intersection of faith and innovation. Captivated by the region’s technological prominence, he saw tremendous potential to leverage cutting-edge tools and platforms for Kingdom impact, helping the church engage more effectively in an increasingly digital world.
Dan and his wife Joy have been blessed with two adult daughters, Sara and Aubrey. Dan is also an accomplished triathlete as a 25 time Ironman finisher and his commitment to serving others extends beyond the church walls—he sits on the Board of Directors for ZERO Prostate Cancer, advocating for research and awareness, and the Coalition to Alleviate Poverty in Silicon Valley (CAP-SV), working to address economic inequality in one of the nation’s wealthiest regions.
