Stephen Minister training is an energizing experience featuring a variety of engaging training tools. Since 1975, more than 600,000 Stephen Ministers have been equipped to provide care to millions of people.
Starting in January 2024, we will partner with the Stephen Ministry Leaders at Menlo Church to train a new class of PCC Stephen Ministers. In the training, you will:
- Learn skills that equip you to provide high-quality, confidential, Christ-centered care
- Enjoy a highly interactive, engaging and fun training experience
- Gain insights into the thoughts, feelings and actions of hurting people
- Learn and practice helpful relational skills you can apply to all areas of your life
- Deepen your faith as the Holy Spirit fashions you into a Christ-centered caregiver
- Build a special bond of Christian community and camaraderie among those in your class
